Just purchased a home in another state and looking to downsize our camping setup now that we won’t be full time!

If you haven’t heard of Alliance RV I highly recommend researching them. They are very active on their Facebook page and the Alliance community is extremely helpful.

There have been no issues with this rig! I believe we got very lucky and ended up with a really well built RV.

This fifth wheel has been absolutely amazing to full time in for the last 8 months! It has extremely low miles, less than 1,000.

It is loaded with storage space which makes it a great rig for long trips and full time living. Everything works as it should and it has been meticulously well kept. We added a desk In the rear of the coach and removed the dinette for our pets items so there is room to put in a table/dinette that meets your needs. Most people swap out the dinette for a table that suits their needs. We had the unit fully inspected when we purchased it in 2023 and have the full report available. Updates include MicroAir WiFi/Bluetooth thermostat in main AC, RV Lock with two sets of keys, x2 40lbs LP tanks, RV Wilderness Mattress (Rv King) with upgraded struts, splendide washer and vented dryer, safe-t rail, and screen defender. It has a port on the roof for solar power if you want to add it. Other luxury items to mention: auto recliners, soft close cabinets and drawers, solid surface counter tops, porcelain toilet, and more! There are three 13,500 btu AC’s which can all run at the same time! This was the main reason we went with an Alliance RV especially being in the desert.

It will need slide skis for the living room/kitchen slide. I have the new rubber skis on hand that I purchased directly from Alliance. I have been unable to find anyone who can come on the base and change them out. They will need to be replaced eventually.

We also have the BW Companion Hitch which fits newer GMC puck system that we will include.
