We are the first owners of a gently used and much loved, low milage RV. It allowed us to enjoy camping locally with our family. No longer needed because our kids have sold their RV.

Only 65 hrs. on the Onan OG 4000 generator. Used to run the 15K BTU low profile AC.Generator was serviced last year and is run monthly.

Bedroom has a queen size upgraded foldable Serta mattress with memory foam topper. Coach sleeps 6 adults comfortably, but can sleep 4 adults and 4 kids easily.

Additions made after we purchased the RV:

• Go power 2000-watt solar inverter /controller system with 170-watt solar panel power. All electrical appliances including a Keurig. 12v LED bulbs throughout coach use nearly no energy and provides excellent lighting.
• Bigfoot automatic 4 jack level system professionally installed, which you won't find on most class C motorhomes. Getting this RV level for camping is a breeze with just a push of the button.
• Outside Shower.

We have all of the owner’s manuals that came with the RV, along with any additions we have made.

Did I mention the coach door unlocks with a pushbutton RV Locks system? You no longer need to carry the keys around.
