Very clean 27FB in excellent condition. Several items have updated/remodeled including: new carpet&pad in master suite, new bathroom sink faucet and splash, new toilet, new Smart TV with AppleTV, and Upgraded Maxim skylights (2). The two 12v deep cycles batteries have also been replaced recently. 

There a few hail dimples on the rooftop. See photos.
