If you wish to test the power out, you will need to bring your own portable generator and a suitable pickup truck to pull it forward out of the parking spot. I am not allowing inspectors to come by because I do not have the time to meet all of them throughout the week. You are buying the RV as is and responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of it just as I was / am. #####

I bought this as a used unit from Camping World in 2023. Lived in it only 1 year. Am selling it because I am moving away from the area and won't have a place for it where I'll be living. The leveling jacks only level front to rear. The stabilizer jacks just support the RV from side to side. You can keep all the original hoses and septic lines or you can buy your own. TV is included and has a TV strap to secure it. Bathroom needs a new shower curtain but those are cheap. Mattress has a few stains, but otherwise in good shape. Up to you if you want to keep it or not. Some of the blinds could be replaced but those are cheap. RV has a brand NEW tankless water heater as of 2023 (1 year old at this point). I personally cleaned and vacuumed the RV. Looking to make a sale in the next week so I don't have to pay next month's rent. If I don't get a buyer before then, the RV will be in storage with no power or sewer connections. You will be buying as is - no inspections (I don't have time for that). Pricing is negotiable, but no low ball offers please. Cashiers checks and wires are acceptable forms of payment. I am moving quickly and don't have time for tire kickers.

Payment process will go as follows.if paying with a cashiers check, we will meet at my bank to ensure the funds clear first and are 100% deposted in my account. I will then sign over the title to the RV at the bank and then drive to the storage facility to let you in so you can tow the RV out. Or we can see if the storage facility will transfer the storage lot into your name if you wish to keep it there for now.
