This Independence is in excellent condition and has the most storage of all the Casita models. This Casita has custom 8" mattresses that are way more comfortable than 4" Casita cushions. It has all the extras that are available plus more, Ice cold air with heat strip, Propane furnace, 12v TV with DVD player, Corelle dish set for 2, Solar port, 25 gal. fresh water tank, Outside Shower, Fiama Awning, Electric tongue jack, Rear stabilizers, Front scissor Jack stabilizers, Hi lift axel with 15" tires, Spare tire holder away from the Casita, with additional receiver for bike rack. The roof Air Conditioner is "Low Profile", not the high top model Casita used for a few years. It is super clean and ready for camping.
