This is a 2013 Keystone Cougar 31SQBWE Travel Trailer. This can be towed easily with a Ford F-150 or equivalent. Our family has grown and we no longer need all this space. It has two slideouts (bunkhouse closet, and dinette/sofa section). It sleeps 9: 3 in the bunkhouse at the rear, 2 on the convertable dinette, 2 on the fold out sleep sofa with inflatable mattress, and 2 in the queen size bed at the front.

It has a full use kitchen inside with a stove/oven that has very rarely been used (we cook outdoors mostly) and a pull out kitchette outside with water, burners, and a mini fridge. The countertop on the outside kitchen needs to be replaced and I am in the process of doing so. If you buy this before I have a chance to fix it, I'll take $250 off the price.

You can dry camp in this travel trailer for up to a week with 60 gallons of fresh water capacity, 76 gallons of grey water capacity, and 38 gallons of black water capacity. It has two RV deep cell batteries, and two 30 lb propane tanks. Tires were replaced in 2022 and the heater was serviced in 2023 to replace the main board.

The layout is unique with a bathroom that includes a full showr that has its own separate outside door. Great for when you have muddy/dirty kids that want to come in. It also has a flat screen TV and built in audio with inside and outside speakers.

There is generous storage in the passthrough at the front of the vehicle with access doors on both sides and an internal light. A bike rack on the rear can be pulled out for use. A full length awning works great and has no rips or tears.
