In perfect condition. I bought it used but I never had the time to used it. The previous owner used it only a few times for the same reason. The queen matress is still in the plastic wrap. It's been parked in a car port so protected from most harsh elements. Accessories include: solar panel, TV, kitchen cookware, folding steps, full propane tank, and AC unit.
