Primary sleeping is a residential queen size bed with a Serta mattress. There's room to sleep overnight guests or children in the convertible dinette and on the 70-inch sofa. The sofa can be easily removed and replaced with a futon or sleeper sofa in case you want to travel with more people.

Very lightly used, with minor cosmetic damage so it looks new. TONS of storage including a huge pantry and long bins under the dinette seats. Hanging clothes closets above the night tables on both sides of the queen bed. There's also a wardrobe with three large drawers at the foot of the bed. Extra storage underneath the queen bed accessible from inside the unit for suitcases and other rarely used items.

The RV "basement" storage is accessible from both sides of the unit for hoses, tools, lawn chairs and other items. See photos for included sewage and water hoses. Two propane tanks included, for 40 pounds of propane so fewer concerns about running out of heat on a cold night. Lots of windows and air vents throughout for boondockers; and 50Amps to power TWO air conditioning units for those of us who like the creature comforts of shore power.

The 12 Volt battery recharges with included solar panel, so no worries about loss of power to the 10 cubic foot 12V refrigerator with separate freezer. There’s an outside kitchen with a beverage refrigerator, small stove and sink which means you can enjoy the view with fewer trips inside for refills. "Step Above" brand solid entry steps with adjustable feet and an extended entry handle for easy and safer access to the interior.

Outside shower with hot and cold water, so you can wash off you, your gear and your pets to avoid dragging goop inside.
