Description

Hello All, I purchased this trailer from one other owner who used it 4 times in a 6 month period. I have lived in it full time with my son for 2 years. I have "remodeled" it partially but realized I need more room for my 6 foot teenager! (I plan to purchase a toyhauler to better fit out needs) This has been a great rig and it pulls like a dream.
I have had a new circuit board, sails switch and ignitor for the furnace, and the right slide had a gear replaced, all done professionally. These are the only mechanical replacements. Everything runs and works great, however if you are looking for "new" or perfect, this isn't your rig! I have posted pictures of the changes I have made. Nothing is screwed in or permanent, all can be removed. However I am willing to include, if you want, the Lovesac couch ($5000) and ikea rattan chairs ($350/each), along with the tables and cushion, full and twin mattress's and full bed frame, along with shelving units. I will be taking all decorations and the coffe table.
Outside: There is a gas Blackstone grill I have never used and a small refrigerator. There is tons of storage underneath and one battery, no generator. There is cosmetic damage to the bunhouse slide due to me going through the wrong spot in the gas station! : ( This is covered by insurance and has not been replaced due to finding a body shop that is able to order the parts and have them sent. I called a Jayco shop in Medford that said “weeks to months” for parts to come in. There are pictures of wheels/hitch.
Inside: Master bedroom bed has been removed and prior to me owning it, they removed the bedroom closet doors. I have a full bed in there now but it will hold a king. These are the only changes.
Bathroom: No changes here, same as when I bought it. Glass shower doors that I have never used.
Livingroom/kitchen area: This is the most changed. Nothing is bolted or screwed in, all can be removed. The right slide with the couch has a "split" in the linolieum where the slide meets the floor when it is out. I have covered it with rugs. See pictures for all details.
Bunkhouse: came to me missing the desk, bed and couch. I had a "professional remodel" attempt to remove closet but they did a terrible job and left me hanging. I have done what I could, but it is a clean slate for your creativity! Over bunk area, no changes.
I am willing to do a walk through if you want or answer any questions you have. Nothing to hide here. : )
