Upon purchasing the trailer in 2017, we took 3 yearly trips to the Oregon coast, approximately 125 miles away. Due to medical conditions, we were unable to do any more traveling. We kept the trailer thinking we could again travel it but that was not the case. We have since decide to sell it. It presents like an absolutely new trailer. Even the interior still smells new.

• Upon first purchasing the trailer, I made a floor plan and cut out wall to wall carpeting. The original floor has never been walked on other than when pulling it home the first time.
• Never used the oven, stove top, or shower.
• The toilet has never had solids in it.
• Used microwave for only making coffee
• The queen bed cover has never been used
• It has been stored in an RV garage 100 % of the time other than for the 3 brief trips described above.
• The RV Gel Coat looks like new.
