Includes Rover package (tongue tie-down rack, aluminum rear bumper, 3" lift and 235/75R15 tires w/ aggressive tread), 10-foot power awning, dual LP tanks with bluetooth indicators, power tongue jack, slideout exterior second kitchen (w/ gas griddle and plug-in portable fridge/freezer). Treated with DuraTrain exterior and underside coatings. Solar and back-up camera ready.

Also includes power cord, power converters, trailer cover, hitch with integrated sway bars, bluetooth brake controller, two matching batteries with plastic container (not yet installed), and many storage containers that fit the specific dimensions of this trailer's cupboards, shelves and cubbies. No structural modifications. Non-smoking.

We purchased this trailer in the fall of 2021 and have taken it on approximately 15 2-4 night trips within a few hours of home. It's been immacuately maintained, fully cleaned after each trip and professionally winterized. Most of the walkable interior was covered by a rug. The axle recall was performed professionally in 2023.

There are two minor issues: we have a new rear blind in hand, but it hasn't yet been installed, and one of the hinges between the awning and a support leg is broken and will need replacement. Everything else works great and is in excellent shape.
