Grand design is known for its quality build and owner support. The unit has been built to rigorous four seasons standards. The TPO roof has a 12 year warranty and is insulated to an R-40 value.The fully laminated walls and slide outs are welded aluminum framed and insulated with rigid foam. The main floor is insulated to an R-38 value and the underbelly is sealed with a corrugated barrier. The underbelly and storage areas include dedicated ducting for heating. All tanks have installed heaters. Even the baggage doors are 1.5" thick containing rigid insulation.
This unit has heavy duty 7000 lb axels with upgrades including Titan hydraulic disk brakes, a MORryde CRE300 suspension system with a wet bolt upgrade, and axel stiffeners.
With an overall length of 34' 4", the unit meets many maximum length limits at many state and federal parks, allowing more stay options.
