Outside are two decks, two slides, three awnings (two on main camping side and one on the rear), hydraulic-electric leveling system, two propane tanks, 3 air conditioning units and a Onan Cummins 5500 generator, bar-b-q quick disconnect propane hookups in the rear, a generator fuel tank, as well as a fuel tank with pump for toys. Both decks are equipped with collapsible fencing. The side deck is fully covered by the large 29' awning. An additional awning is above the rear side access door to the garage. The rear party deck also has an electric retractable awning. Inside, is a spacious master with a queen-sized Casper mattress with a devoted closet, dresser, side tables, underbed storage, overhead cabinets, and a mounted TV. In the on-suite bathroom, there's a huge shower with skylight, ample storage, and a convenient towel rack. In the hall there is another full closet before stepping down into the kitchen. The full-sized refrigerator is both propane and electric capable and the kitchen itself has a large pantry flanking the refrigerator, tons of cupboard space, propane stove/oven and a convection oven/microwave. In the living room, is a comfortable sofa/ottoman combo and an upgraded, huge, Samsung TV mounted above the mantle and electric fireplace. Additional storage cabinets are above the TV and sliding glass door. A large loft bed or storage area is located to the rear of the main living space before entering into the garage. Through a glass paneled door, is a 12-foot garage with a half bath and a Splendide vented washer/dryer unit. The happijac bed system works great and we do have the hardware available to install another bed, desks or couches as you see fit. There is an additional side door and stairs in the garage as well as all season, glass paned sliding doors that lead out to the fenced party deck.
We'll add lots of extras with the rig to include a 50 foot power cord, surge protector, pig tail step-down extension cords (30amp and 50amp), stabilizing jacks for the front and back, Beech Lane water filters, Zero G fresh water hose, 5 sewer hoses and sewer hose supports and all the attachments you could need and many, many more.
