We renovated this 2018 mid-bunk (with loft) Jayco fifth wheel last year and did a family trip with it, and are now selling as shown. We used it with 2 adults and 4 kids, but it would sleep up to 8 comfortably. Everything is functional--we were using it a week ago. Includes 4 new Goodyear tires purchased 5/23, new full queen mattress, electric fireplace, vented Splendide washer and dryer, all handmade solid wood tables and counters shown. We left the TV in the big bedroom, but used a projector or large computer monitor in the living room for screening. We are selling it fully equipped (hoses, sewer needs, outdoor mat, rugs, dishes, etc.). You would want to add a few things, but it would be immediately ready for camping this weekend. We are also putting our pull vehicle on the market after this sells (it's a very nice and flawless Black 2023 F350 diesel with front bench seat and fifth wheel hitch with 27,000 miles), but would happily sell both now for $120,000. Notes on photos: front closet shows--the rv has plenty of storage space throughout, kitchen table has a leaf that expands its size, all items in garage go with the rv, a nearly new 30 amp generator goes with the rv as well (couldn't fit in a picture) but one year old and used only once, keycode doorlock, minor damage on left side from scrapes shown, but only superficial.
