This 32 foot Cougar sits in a pristine campsite 10 minutes off the Blue Ridge Parkway in the town of Spruce Pine, Mitchell County, NC.

We are the second owners who, like the original owners, did not use it often. It was towed from the dealership in May '22 and not towed again. The campground offers a permanent site year round, paying only for the 6 months from May-Oct. The fee is extremely low at only $3,500.

This RDB camper sleeps 11, has 2 separate bedrooms with a king bed in the front and a bunkroom with a fold out couch and 3 bunks.

A full bathroom with exit door to the outside, is in the bunk room.

The front door opens into the kitchen/living room with a door to the front King bedroom.

2 AC/Heat units with separate controls, 2 grey tanks, toilet tank and automatic levelers work well, as does all equipment.

2 sliders, 1 located in bunkroom and the other is dinette/living area.

All appliances, TV, awning, dual gas tanks, battery, leveling system
and and tv. work perfectly. The outside kitchen with gas grill, sink and fridge are to the left of the back door.

The camper has a special polar package, vinyl for the tires and AC and propane tanks are covered for the winter. All accessories plus a large professionally built removable deck are included in sale price.

Price includes a new portable ladder, air compressor, tools, de-humidfier, and standing floor electric heater are also included!
