The Tailer is a nice smaller toy hauler it loads a 6'1" height ATV and wheel base 56" wide. have had a quad Honda 350 and a 800 Polaris Razor in the trailer at same time. Front end has curtian seperating from the rest of the trailer a queen bed with storage. TV and remote come with it and radio with outside speaker.

Bath has shower over with small tub. Nice large kitchen table with 2 bench seats that fold up to clear area for loading ATV's. Replaced the entry steps with very nice fold down stairs. Electric ball jack and new leaf springs more sturdy than the original springs. Never used furnace as we just used a small one foot square electric heater for all needs.
It is a one owner used on average 4 times a year. It has lived in a RV garage most of its life. Not mutch time in the sun.
The item not fixed is hinges on refrigerator door.
Selling this because we purchased recreation property.
Would consider a trailer with a loading gate or a small fishing boat on a trailer as partial trade.
