This is a great unit for the persons that like using the national and state park systems to camp, due to it's size of 26' length and it's single slide out that give you plenty of room. It's great for the regular or high end RV parks also. It is a rear bed floor plan, so if you're a night owl and your partner isn't you have separation with a door. The RV has new tires all around plus an extra new tire. The house batteries have been replaced within the last year, as well as the windshield due to a rock hitting it, all is good now.
