Description

This 32' Bunkhouse sleeps 10! The queen bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. It is perfect for family get aways and plenty enough room for the kids to bring friends. If you need bedtime entertainment for the kids, there are 5 TVs included! One on each bunk, the overcab bed, the master bedroom and the outside entertaining area.

There is roughly 35K miles which is very low mileage for this year model. We have never had any issues with the engine, transmission or anything related to the drivetrain. We have the oil changed every 5K miles as recommended. We replaced all 6 tires around 18 months ago and we have only put around 1K miles on them since. They are in excellent condition.

There is a great amount of storage in this unit. The entire bedroom wall is lined with cabinets/closet space. You could easily take this unit out for months and have plenty of room for clothes for all seasons. There is also plenty of storage in the kitchen and bathroom. The outdoor storage on the back goes completely from one side to the other. That is perfect for storing long items such as fishing poles.

The built-in interior steps are the lowest and easiest to climb of any RV and since they are built-in, there is no lowering/raising them upon arrival and departure. If you or any of your guests have challenges climbing stairs, this is the easiest to enter/exit and would be a great match for you.

The only issue we had with it was that the overcab area had a prior leak when we purchased it. We had the entire area replaced and the roof sealed in Oct 2023. We had kept it in storage so we were unaware of the leak. Once we had the repairs completed we kept it outdoors for 3 months during a wet winter/spring to ensure that the leak was indeed gone. We had several heavy rain events during that time and zero leaks, so it is back to being kept in storage. If you are new to owning an RV, leaks on the overcab is common, but storing the RV under cover and having the roof resealed every few years will prevent the issue. I am confident that the recent work done should keep it dry for a few years.
