Hello People, We have owned this beautiful Class A RV since 2020 and are the 2nd owners . This Rig has 52,336 miles covered. You with be hard pressed to find a cleaner 2012 Tiffin Open Road, both inside & out. We have enjoyed this RV and it never sits for long, it has been a joy to own. This RV utilizes 3 slides to create a huge amount of living space, without feeling huge to operate. RV drives very nice and smooth with no sway. Ford 6.8 3 valve 362 HP V10 provides good power, especially with the 5 Star tune. 5 speed Torque Shift transmission. Many upgrades and maintenance where recently completed, starting with chassis, including a full RoadMaster steering stabilizer kit frt/RR. Latest Bilstein 5800 shocks, New brakes FRT/RR ( Rotors turned ), brake fluid, RR differential gear oil. Tires are Michelin XRV 235/80-22.5 , Tread looks new, 5 yrs old. Aluminum rims look amazing. New porcelain toilet. Maintenance on both the chassis & house completed proactively . Top quality oil/filter changes for Engine & Generator. Transmission serviced. Roof is great, Factory heavy seal applied. RV incorporates a Beautiful exterior, Interior shows little wear. Still has an amazing oven, top quality appliances, Cold refrigerator, Hot water on demand, cold A/C's .Vacuum, when needed. TON'S of storage! Everything works , as designed… Push a few buttons and you are level and the 3 slides are out.DONE . The Onan 5500 generator has 941 total hrs. But was rebuilt @ 646 hrs. because it was removed for new Ign. coils and drive belt maintenance , including a new ECM, Only Onan parts used, Purrs along with a push of a button. Non Smoker. LED bulbs, New Ford chassie A/C compressor/dryer/R134A 1 k miles ago, Blows cold. This RV’s paint shines like new ! You will roll into any park and feel proud to own this Tiffin Open Road.
