In the living room areas there is a reclining love seat, full couch that makes a bed, there is a televator and a fireplace.

In dining area there is an expandable dining room table with 4 chairs 2 stores under bed. There is an expandable countertop.

In kitchen there is a residential fridge, 4 burner stove with oven a breakfast bar, a nice pantry, a microwave, a very nice kitchen faucet and a fresh water system that uses 5 gallon bottle, and a tower of power on kitchen counter.

In bath there is a porcelain toiler, 5 ft shower with bench and a beautiful vanity.

In bed room there is a new serta mattress still in package, a nice large closet with hamper and 4 hanging rods, there a 4 drawers  and a hidden lift up top over drawers,  a tv, and a shelf with cup holders.
 
We added a washer and dry to bedroom closet, added a dishwasher in kitchen, keyless entry.
