Love this unit. It does have two areas that need work-as for the discounted price. This unit has been serviced by Auers RV and has a resealed roof, new A/C, all new filters for the cabin and furnace. This unit is the best I have ever seen for camping comfortably in any weather and for entertaining guests. Currently have a desk setup where the dining table goes to offer a remote work use. Can remove to a table if preffered. I'd like to sell as is: Check the pros and cons list for full details. The unit has signs of normal wear and tear from use.

Needs work:
-1 of the 3 shower door panes is going to need replaced (ordering in a new one)
-Design flaw in the decorative piece of the blind pull down tab. I took it off most of them (still kept them)
-Right wheel skirt is currently off, but I have a replacement piece for it.
