This camper is in very good condition and well maintain. We are the secord owners as we purchased this camper from a elderly couple in 2020. This camper has alway been stored in a covered storage barn. This camper has huge amount of storage for it size. There is storage under the bed, storage under the dining room seats. Storage in the front of trailer with a slide out bin. Racks have been added to the large pantry for improved food storage. The kitchen has three large cabinets for pots, pans , sliverware and cooking utensils. extra storage over bed.

I have installed 200 watts of solar panels with two (in series)6 volt 237 amp/ hours batteries which makes it great for weekend boondocking. The 12 volt batteries are needed to run or control the water pump, furnace, refrigerator, and hot water heater
This camper can easily be hauled by a 1/2 ton pick up or large suv as gross trailer weight is 5500 lbs.
