Floor Replaced Under Batroom Area Due to a leak in toilet.

The Bad:
Floor in front of the sink is soft due to compression of the insulator material.
Water heater works on Gas setting only.
Dinette has been removed.
Leveling jack assembly on the rear has been removed and saved for repair.
