**Motivated Seller**
We are the third owner of this 2001 Monaco Dynasty. Since purchasing it we have traveled all over the United States and not had any issues. No oil, or other leaks. The only reason we are selling is because we purchased a 45 foot.

There is some common paint checking and a small crack in the lower corner on the passenger side of the windshield. Because it does not leak, which is common after a windshield replacement and not in our view we have opted not to replace the windshield.
