We had a second A/C unit installed in the master bedroom, new stereo, two new bunk room mattresses for extra comfort (doubled up the other two beds with the original two mattresses), new roof (fall 2022) new ceramic toilet to replace the original plastic toilet, new tires (spring 2023). Fireplace, high def tv, outdoor kitchen, grill, and shower. We are selling because our kids have outgrown the bunk beds and we are ready for something different.
