2004 Fleetwood Southwind 36RS Class A motor home. We have owned this unit since 2017 and have driven it all over the country. It's a perfect "starter" RV for a family or would work perfectly as a parked in place home at an RV park. I have recently replaced the chassis AC compressor and replaced one of the roof AC units.
The motor home sleeps 5-6 comfortably with a queen bed, convertible dinette table, and pull out couch. Full size fridge that runs on electric power only, combination washer/dryer, TV with surround sound and park cable connections.
The engine is a Chevy Vortec Workhorse gas engine with 42,000 miles. Other than the previously mentioned AC compressor, I have had zero issues with the motor. Still runs great and can handle towing a Jeep Grand Cherokee through the mountains of Montana.
