We converted to a compost toilet to reduce water consumption and avoid sewage but we have all original components of you prefer standard septic set up. All locks have bee re-keyed, keypad door lock with remote, lithium battery upgrade, mattress upgrade,micro air. Carpet is unused and we have extra parts. True four season. Still smells like new.
