"Sunny" the Sunseeker, as we have named this beloved land yacht, is perfect for anyone seeking adventure on the open road. My wife and I bought this unit to travel from South Carolina to California to care for her ailing mother for a few months. We are now home and don't really have a need to keep Sunny any longer. She served us well and provided a truly comfortable tiny home on wheels for those few months. You will find everything in primo condition and ready for the next adventure. The outdoor kitchen w/ TV is a really neat feature for easy access to beverages and cooking outside and/ or tailgaiting. Stay cool under the power awning which has built-in stereo speakers. Inside, there are two TVs and a surprisingly nice sound system. Having the full shower that is separate from the toilet room is really convenient. The rear bedroom has a power slide out and Queen size bed with ample closet space. The living area has a large power slide out too. The living room couch folds down into a bed as well as the dining table. There is a large bunk above the cab which is queen size too. We worked remotely with our laptops and had plenty of room for two people working at the dinette. There is an onboard 4.5 kW Onan generator which uses gasoline from the main gas tank along with a 100w solar panel on the roof which charges the pair of house batteries. We have included all the accessories you will need (that you don't get from the dealerships; $500 value) such as power adapters, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, water hoses, sewer hose, pressure regulator, water filter, emergency kit, exhaust screens, etc. We also bought an adapter which allows you to run the heat and stove on a detachable propane grill tank so you don't have to drive to get more propane. This was quite handy. Also, we have topped off the propane tank, gas tank, and had a fresh oil change ($350 value). For newbies, I'm happy to give ample training on how to dump tanks and use all of the systems. We hope Sunny goes to a good home and provides many many more adventures for another family!
