This like new travel trailer is equipped with a complete off-grid package solar system and is set up for long periods of boondocking. The system was professionally custom designed and installed by Century Club RV and Solar out of Bakersfield, California (https://www.centuryclubrv.com). The system consists of 6 lithium batteries (600 AH), four solar panels providing over 1200 watts of solar, and the Victron Multiplus Inverter/Charger (one of the best). The batteries and Victron are neatly installed in an unused space behind the murphy bed drawers. All other elements are neatly installed and labeled in the rv’s storage area. The system is capable of running the softstart air conditioner off of battery power, which we have actually done. The lithium batteries are protected by a battery blanket which ran strictly off of solar power last winter and came in very handy given our zero-degree weather. While boondocking, we have used the air fryer, watched tv, and run the cpap with plenty of power to spare. The solar system batteries were recharged each day before lunch. Parts alone on the solar installation were over $10k. Among other extras are a dealer installed retractable awning cover, a Curt Tru-Track Weight Distribution System with Sway Control, and a TST Truck TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system). We love this design with kitchen counter space running the full length of the trailer, two heated recliners, full size fridge, spacious bathroom and plenty of headroom for my 6’4” husband.
