Cosmetic Issues:

The upholstry needs to be replaced on both the dinette and captains chairs. Still functional but this model is known for upholstry issues/breakdown.

Floor in front of the fridge is discolored due to a previous leak under the fridge where the city water comes in. The leak was easily fixed by replacing the hose clamp. However, the floor is now permanently discolored and a bit softer in this area.

Modifications:

Small pet door installed in one of the compartments under the dinette.

Priced with issues/modifications taken into consideration. A really great deal, espeically if you have the time/skills to improve/fix cosmetic issues.
