We've owned for two years and used it very little. It had new tires and generator when I purchased and I've never needed the generator. Low miles, To my knowledge, everything works great. TV included installed over queen bed. Minor wear and tear but ultimately kept in good condition for the year built. Brand new battery I put in March 2024. Pick up location is Brookings Oregon, beautiful Coastal town on the CA border.
