In very good condition. Brand new water heater August 23’, new mattresses June 23’, new electric jack , 1 slide, awning.  Comes with Anderson anti-sway hitch, 3 tv’s, coleman grill, thermal package and more. Hard to find unit. We only used it 1 season. Decided on getting a pool instead of camping.
