2016 Flagstaff MAC 208 by Rockwood in great condition. 4" lift with 15" tires make this trailer capable of going almost anywhere. 10' box, full queen with memory foam mattress, full mattress in back and two additional fold out beds gives a sleeping capacity of eight if ever needed. Three burner stove, 2.7 cubic foot 3-way refrigerator, 18 gallon fresh water tank (no hot water heater), outdoor grill and table setup, dometic furnace (works great), Fantastic vent fan which works great, dual 20lb propane tank setup, yakima roof rack with two Rocky Mount Brass Knuckle bike carriers, tons of storage inside, full electric hookup, solar ready, power winch lift, Dometic 9' awning, etc, etc. We also added four heavy duty scissor jacks with stabilizer bars on all four corners which make the trailer rock solid even in heavy winds. Super spacious inside and with windows all the way around you feel llike you're outside even when your inside, dry and warm.
This is the best floorplan we have ever seen in one of these pop up trailers with a U shaped dinette in the back (great for card games) and standard four seat dinette up front. Dry weight is right around 1900lbs. Easy to pull and back up. The only issue is that some water leaked in last winter through the vent fan when it was uncovered and we had a ton of snow. This caused some mold on 1 and 1/4 of the rear panels which we had cleaned by BEST Cleaning this summer. Mold is completely gone, but there is some staining on those panels which you can see in the last two photos.
Only reason we're selling it is we have decided to upgrade to a full hardside camper, but we're sure going to miss all the space and windows! We are the original owners and have all the original owners manuals.
