This is a 2 owner 5th wheel within the same family. My dad purchased this brand new in 2006 and when he decided to downsize and my wife and I decided to go full-time, we jumped at the chance to get this from him. We have completely remodeled the interior. The list is long, but here it goes. Hardwood countertops throughout, king size mattress platform with added storage under, which was a queen without storage, brand new King antenna, full size residential shower, LED lights throughout camper, laminate flooring to replace all carpet, recovered all valances and added window curtains to bedroom, IKEA L-shaped couch, new kitchen and bathroom sinks, tankless water heater, 9 level RO system, new furnace, new motor on landing gear(with spare motor as well), power awning, brand new matching slide toppers, added second AC unit in bedroom, soft start system on main AC unit, Lippert Solid Step in entryway, new converter for electrical system, new microwave, cast iron floor vents and white paint throughout camper. Tires are new with less than 3 years old with about 5000 miles on them. Must see to appreciate. Roof has been resealed and patched, as to be expected with an almost 20 year old camper. There are no current leaks and no significant history of leaks since new. With all of the upgrades that have been done, the asking price is basically for the cost of them and not just the camper.
