Sleeps 4 with a queen in the main cabin and a queen mattress pop-up on the top!
Super-efficient layout fits a queen bed, kitchen with cabinets, sink and 4 burner gas stove, small refrigerator, bathroom (cassette toilet) with shower, table with 2 chairs (with seat belts) all in this small space! Plus the 2 front chairs rotate making a nice seating area. Surprising amount of storage, too.

We lived in this for 4 months and it was surprisingly comfy!
VERY easy to drive. Smooth, great turning radius, feels like driving a regular truck or car. PLUS, it is considered a normal sized vehicle so you can park in ANY parking space, anywhere! This makes it so you can go ANYWHERE, even through small, narrow neighborhoods and park in any spot (like in parks).

Has an AC in the back that easily cools (or heats) the whole cabin without needing the engine on to run the front AC.

Comes with a generator that runs great!

Note about the cassette toilet: having a cassette means NO gross hookups and tubes! Just remove it from the side door and dump it down the waste hole at the campground (or directly into a toilet in any house). Rinse out with a hose. Done! Super easy and makes it even more mobile and off-grid friendly. No dumping stations needed!
