RV’ers! We are selling our 2021 Rockwood Ultra-Lite and would like to pass this awesome 5th wheel trailer on for continued adventures. The trailer is in very good condition, as it has only been out for one 900 mile and three 100-mile round trips. The trailer is kept in clean closed storage.Upon entry, you will find all control controls and status information in one location. Open the 2 slide outs and you enter into a spacious living and kitchen area. The living area includes comfortable Theater seating across from the fireplace and 50” TV. Also in the living area is a hide-a-bed couch. The kitchen located at the rear of the trailer consists of plenty of countertop area and cabinets, along with appliances and 2 pop-up electrical outlets. Two ceiling fans provide air movement throughout the living area.The bedroom has a Queen size Serta memory foam mattress bed with underbed storage, 2 nightstands and closet with 2 drawers, while the bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and living area.The primary hookup is a Turning Point Pin Box, but I added the Adersen Hitch 5th Wheel conversion so that I could move the light-weight hitch in and out of my truck when I needed to use the bed for hauling building material.The outside of the trailer has a lot of awesome features to include lots of storage, rear flip down storage rack, outside shower, aluminum tilt-in entry step, 21’ awning cover, LED lighting package, Blackstone gas griddle w/quick connect and outside cooking counter.This trailer is equipped with a 54-gallon fresh water, two 40-gallon grey water tanks, 40-gallon black water tank, and heated tank setup. Also included are 2-30 lb. propane tanks, and a 6-gallon water heater. All trailer systems are easily monitored at the main control panel.Technical features include TV antenna and connections to bedroom and outside. The trailer is prepped for Wi-Fi, Solar and Satellite.There was roof damage from hanging tree limbs that scratched the roof and took out the UHF antenna. The dealer repaired the roof damage and replaced the antenna equipment. There have been no leaks detected.
