I purchased the RV new in 2015. I'm selling the trailer due to my wife's difficulty with the stairs inherent in a 5th wheel. From 2015 to 2022, when not in use the RV was stored under cover. When moved to the lake, The A/C was serviced and the roof was enhanced with an extra layer of roofing material to both lengthen the life of the roof as well as provide additional insulation for the interior. The trailer is in very good condition, all appliances and HVAC function well. The interior shows a little use (see photos) but in general are in very good condition. There's considerable external storage accessed from the front and sides of the RV. There's ample room to hang clothes, there's both shelving and drawers as well as a larger storage facility under the bed. The bath facilities include the typical facilities as well as a closet across from the bathroom door to store necessities. The kitchen is equiped with large pantry and other storage spaces. Included with the trailer is an AirRide 25K 5th wheel hitch (~$3K) that uses airbags and shocks so as to soften the ride and allow the truck and trailer to move independently to the betterment of both vehicles. The hitch is included in the price of the trailer.

I pull the trailer with a 2005 Dodge 2500 deisel pickup purchased new and currently has ~135k miles on the odometer. I've taken good care of the truck and have a full service history available. I will sell the truck after the 5th wheel is sold. If interested, I'm good to negotiate a package deal.
