This unit is better than new with all warranty work necessary having recently been completed at the Grand Design Factory in Indiana. And has been meticulously maintained by the owners who are certified RV technicians. No smoking and no pets.

As with any used unit, there are a couple of cosmetic flaws such as a small dent in the stainless steel fridge door and some wear on the loveseat footrests.
