Beautiful Class A Thor Tuscany Motorhome. Has been parked inside a heated building except when being used. Easily sleeps 8, two in the King Size bed, 2 on the fold out couch, 2 on the drop down full size bed and 2 on the fold down table bed (The fold down table bed is probably best for kids). It has a dish washer, clothes washer and dryer, central vac system, solar panels on roof to recharge the house batteries. There are 4 tv's, one in the bedroom, two in the front room and one outside. The coach has a Vega Touch Mira system. This system allowes you to operated many functions directly from the Mira app, such as standing outside when you are operating the slide outs (so that you don't hit something), turning off/on lights through out the coach, adjusting the thermostat for either heat or cooling, monitoring the levels of fresh water, gray and black water, monitoring the status of charge of the house and chasis batteries. I have found this system valuable and easy to operate, the app has never failed to connect to my phone and there is a panel on the wall just outside the front bathroom that also operates just like the app. All tires were replaced in 2021 and have less than 3000 miles on them. There is a TPMS system on the coach that is valuable in monitoring the tire pressure in each tire, this can become extremly important if an inside duel were to start losing air, at least you would have some warning and possibly be able to pull over in a more convenient area. All maintenance has been performed regularly by professional mechanics. Includes a RV QD 10,000 watt Onan Generator, with 253 hours, that will operate everything in the coach. The indash radio includes a GPS, bluetooth and sirus radio with backup and side cameras. Includes a DISH Winegard Multi-Satellite TV Antenna that automatically finds the satelites with GPS-enabled mobile device for faster satellite acquisitions. We are leaving our Wally from Dish Network, the buyer would have to contact Dish to activate. There are also two DVD players, one up front and one in the master bedroom.
The master bedroom can be seperated from the front by closing the sliding door so the passengers up front have their own bathroom and the full bath is in the rear.

We also have a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, with roughly 25,000 miles on it, that is set up to be towed and, although it is not included with the coach, could be negotiated if desired.

This is a beautiful coach and will stand out in any campground!!
