Great Camper! Good condition. Powered awning works good but canvas needs replaced. New LP/Electric Water Heater in 2023. Wife and I lived in this camper for two years while our home was being built. Reflective tape on window frames and AC cover helps reduce solar heating, the black aluminum window frames heat up to 130 deg in direct sunlight, no way for AC to keep up without it.
