This coach is in good condition. We have remodeled the inside just a bit to fit more people and to have more light. It has a full queen bed that comes with the coach if you want. The fixtures have been updated to give more light. The generator hours.3,626. We have all of the paper work. We installed a new back for the Norcold fridge. Big plus and upgrade. Several tires are new within the last 2-3 years but a couple tires may need to be changed. The inside is nice and clean. There are a few things needing to be fixed so that is why we have it marked lower. It has been kept covered away from weather. There are three jacks. Bay door locks and latches have been upgraded. The electrical, sewer and water all clean and in good working order. The toilet may need some work, but the pictures are current and all up to date. There is a small crack in the driver side windshield. We bought it this way. We sealed the roof in '22 and it was sealed and cared for before us to insure no leaking. We never experienced the roof leaking while in thunderstorms. The curtain for the full front window is intact and works very well. The tags are current and it's a clean title. We have rearranged some of the furniture to accommodate our family, however, we still have the table and the hardware for the table set up. The wall paper is peel and stick so if you would prefer you could peel it off. It comes with extra paint for touch ups. The couches are in good condition, but there are some cracks in the seats. it does not come with the washer and dryer but it has the hookups. I will keep the adapter cords with the RV. It also comes with the sewer hoses and a few extras for convenience. The air conditioning units do blow cold air, however, they don't cool terribly well in really hot conditions. The front AC is also not 100%. Freedom Inverter/Charger works very well and we haven't had any issues with it. There is also a ton of paper work from us and previous owner.
