This Motor Home has great bones. For an older model it was the top of the line Tiffen when it was built. It is ready to hit the road. Everthing is working and will give you and your family a great traveling experience. As it says on the sticker by the front door " Camping Smoothly" . This unit has been well taken care of. The tires " all 6" are about 5 years old and have less than 5000 miles. We are the 3rd owners and put the tires on shorthly after we purchased it. We have kept the coach covered or under an awning except for a year when we were living in it. We just replaced the chassis and coach batteries. The inverter was repalced about a year ago. We did have some water issues when a shower line cracked. It was not major and we cleaned it up rightaway. There is no damage or soft floors. The coach has one slide, awnings on all the the windows, hydralic leveling jacks and many other extras. This coach is a real keeper, and we would keep it ourselves if it were not for age and health issues.
