In great condition. Just had a maintenence package performed on it, washed and waxed, routine maintenance on the roof, generator, HVAC system, tanks, and power system and replaced the awning. Passed additional 12-point inspection. All tires were replaced recently, only 1000 or so miles on them. This RV is equipped with the Big Foot auto-leveling and stabilization system, so you can roll in, put out the slide, and level the RV with the touch of a button - really nice feature when it is raining out!!!
