Runs great and easy to drive. It's just over 30' long! Under 25k miles. Everything works like it should. It is extremely reliable and has made trips to Florida and Montana from Ohio with zero issues. $5k was spent for 6 new Michelin tires less then 10k miles ago. The suspension was upgraded with new RoadMaster heavy duty sway bars front and rear. Door lock upgraded to electronic key pad and remote. Comes with cover. Sleeps up to 8 with the electric fold down bed above the cockpit area. This thing is ready to go anywhere. Generator runs and is well maintained. Fridge, stove, microwave, A/C and heat all work. Has backup camera and side view cameras. Has outdoor tv and entertainment package. Awnings all in great shape. Slide motors have been upgraded and work great. It does have a few minor cosmetic issues. Like other FR3's the fabric on the seats is flaking and needs covered or replaced. The exterior clear coat is fading and the windshield has a small crack near the bottom but we are in the process of having it replaced.Priced $10k under book value to reflect these issues. All in all it is a very reliable motorhome. If driving class A motorhome is of any concern to you, l think you will be suprised how easy this motorhome is to drive and maneuver.
