This unit is AS IS and while it is a 21 year old unit and we are selling to upgrade to a newer unit. We are currently living in it and it has been a great unit for us. We will entertain any resonable offer.

- real wood desk with live edge replaced the kitchen table and fold down
- couch removed for office desk
- king sized memorie foam mattress
- incredible storage space in the RV and the basement
- Large residential refridgerator
- Lighting in the unit was upgrated (most not all)
- Old shades and boxing around them were removed, installed custome room darkening, thermal block
our curtains on windows
- Washer/dryer is like new

This would also make a great park model or onsite office space.
Extrerior paint is worn and as you can see on the pictures we scraped a post and there are 2 basement doors are damaged. Our research shows they can eaily be replaced.
