Yep, this is the one with the two bunk beds "bunkhouse" in the back. Perfect for 4 plus kids.
The only modification made are sliding wood doors for the front "bedroom" for a little extra privacy.
Easily sleeps 8-10. No other modifications have been made. It is complete the way it was new. It has had the top resealed once, and some tank flushes, but has not needed much in repairs or maintenance. It has always been winterized with compressed air. This RV is in fine shape and very servicable and functional. Great family fun! We can also negotiate some of the extras like a triple camp stove, chairs, floor mat, hook ups, etc.
