Description

2003 Alfa See ya 40ft, Diesel Pusher. Motorhome has been in family since new, purchased from in laws in 2016. 54,673 Miles.
Brand new TOYO M122 Tires installed 9/23 ($3,114.00). Tires have approx 259 miles on them since install. Tires Date coded for 14th week of 2023 (see photos). RV has 2 300w solar panels, with controller (installed by me), and a 3 year old 2000w xantrex inverter that replaced the original. There are 6 golf cart 6v batteries, and it is awesome for off the grid/no hook up camping. CAT 330, Allison Trans, 116 gallon fw.

Two BRAND NEW INTERSTATE AGM chassis batteries were just purchased and installed.

RV has oak cabinets and is built like a tank. The air suspension works awesome and it is very easy to drive. I just replaced the front right hydraulic leveling jack last year. Air brake system works awesome, and the air bags do not have any leaks.

Coach had a new roof installed around 2012, there was some damage which caused a leak in the roof. It was covered by insurance and a new roof was installed. You can see some slight staining on a couple spots on the ceiling but it has never bothered us and we didn't bother trying to shampoo it out.

All the ceiling lights were just replaced with LED units from leisure coach works in Fontana, who specializes in parts and service for ALFA's.

This coach has huge bay storage with two pull out sliders. There is a fridge/freezer in the basement bay that works great and gets ice cold when turned up. The main interior fridge works great, and I added a fan to absorber coil compartment to help it get cold in the summer, works great.

The coach has a basement AC/Heater and I also added a roof AC in 2018 to help it get cool.

Both slides have zero issues, and work perfect. Coach has a power awning. Brand new wiper blades installed. I installed 2 brand new headlights 3 months ago, as well as two brand new fog lights.

We have decided that we just don't have time to use our RV any longer and it deserves to be with a family who has the time to enjoy it. I would 100 percent be confident driving our coach across the country tomorrow. It has NEVER left us stranded and is absolutely mechanically sound.

I know the ins and outs of this RV, as I have done most of the upgrades and work over the years. Anyone who knows RV's, knows this is the only way you truly get to know a coach. I am happy to answer any questions and will be very honest with any potential buyer.

Free and clear, title in hand.
