1989 29 foot Excella Airstream for sale! Selling our beloved Airstream that we have had since 2019. We are the second owners. Since purchasing, we have done a lot of cosmetic and functional renovations. In 2019 we had new axels (Colin Hyde) replaced with increased 2 inch lift, new Pex plumbing throughout, and newer added LED electrical lighting. We also installed new premium SmartCore waterproof vinyl plank flooring in, updated kitchen with new sink, countertop and backsplash. Custom cabinet built for added kitchen counter space, electric only fridge/freezer with custom butcher block countertop. Updated bathroom with new cabinet, butcher block countertop and sink. Tankless water heater (Propane) for unlimited continuous hot water. Custom built queen size bed frame with spring loaded storage underneath. Mounted sway Smart TV (24” 1080p LED) in bedroom. Upgraded Airstream connect capabilities (Installed in 2020, ability for WiFi Extender and SIM card insertion for Internet options with almost all carriers). Upgraded Hensley Arrow Anti-sway bar heavy duty ($2500 new), can’t even feel the airstream when pulling. Original solid Oak wood kitchen cabinets, bedroom closet, and above bed storage remains and is in perfect condition. We kept the classic vintage look inside such as keeping the original airstream electronic interface and radio (all perfect working condition) with original speakers working in all 4 corners of Airstream. I have been meticulous in keeping all paperwork for all upgrades including the original manual for the Airstream. All 4 tires are brand new and were installed February 2024. Includes both original (40 lbs each) Propane tanks both tested in 2022 and in working order including sensors. Two new AGM premium batteries installed (July 2023). AC unit blows ice cold and is a Duotherm meaning it can also blow warm air. If that’s not enough, the furnace utilizes propane and blows nice and hot to keep you comfortable for whatever climate you will be camping in. Minor scuffs/scratches on exterior, but overall in great shape for being over 30 years old. Will need a new toilet and some floor work done in bathroom, but does have an interim marine toilet so technically ready to use day one.
