I bought this travel trailer to live in a remote work camp and did not end up using it, I bought it brand new and only stayed a few times in it. I have kept up with all maintenance and is very clean.

The dealership installed heating pads over the water tanks that are controlled by switches ($2000 value) inside, so it is good in very cold conditions with no problems.

It will also come with a weight distrubution trailer hitch ($800 value) which has only been used a few times and a brake controller if you want it.

It will also come with, water hose, sewage line, 20V electrical line, outdoor cook top all ready to plug and use, outdoor table.

The shower is larger and is spacious, the water heater and pump work really well.

I am willing to deliver in the Northwest within reason, but could absolutely meet someone half way. If you buy from me you will save several thousand dollars on extra costs and shipping.
