This camper is ready to go,, I just did a lot of work to it so there is no worries when you get ready to go! I just replaced all the wheel bearing, new shock absorbers, brand new tires, landing gear was replaced, main slide out motors replaced, both awnings replaced, the generator has 79hrs on it, batteries were replaced last yr, new awning

And comes with everything in it, if u want it!!!
